This policy explains the cookies and similar storage technologies used on pioneerunion.com, and what control you have over them. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are

2. Our approach
This is a static institutional website. It has no user accounts, no shopping basket, no advertising, and no cross-site tracking. We therefore keep cookie use to the minimum that lets the Site work and stay secure.
We do not use cookies for advertising, we do not permit third-party advertising networks on this Site, and we do not sell or share the data cookies generate.
Because this Site sets no non-essential cookies, there is no consent banner. The only client-side storage set by the Site itself is a single language-preference key, described below as strictly necessary functional storage, not tracking.
3. What we use
Strictly necessary — always active
These are required to deliver and secure the Site. They cannot be switched off from within the Site, because without them the Site cannot be served.

Advertising and tracking
None. We do not use them. This Site sets no analytics or tracking cookies.
4. Third-party content
We do not currently embed third-party video players, social media widgets, maps, or font services that set cookies. Where such an embed is added in future, it will be listed above and — if it sets non-essential cookies — placed behind consent, so that nothing loads until you agree.
Fonts, scripts and stylesheets used by the Site are served from our own domain or our CDN, not from a third-party tracker.
5. Your controls
- Language preference: clear it by clearing site data for pioneerunion.com in your browser settings, or by using the language toggle again.
- All cookies: every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, in Settings → Privacy. Your browser's help pages explain how.
- Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control: we do not run tracking that these signals would change, so there is nothing for us to suppress. We will honour them if that ever changes.
Blocking the strictly necessary cookies above may cause Cloudflare to challenge or block your requests, and parts of the Site may not load.
6. Changes
Cookie inventories drift as sites change. We review this page whenever we change the Site's front-end and at least once a year. The effective date at the head of the page shows the last review.
